Eric Randall is an amazing resource. He worked with me to develop a low-impact workout that has not only avoided shoulder damaged which I've always suffered with. He has worked with me to develop a workout that has strengthened my shoulder. Thanks to Eric, and his deep understanding of musculature, I have actually strengthened my shoulder muscles and can now, for the first time in years, carry a computer bag or luggage without pain. Great trainer, customized workouts. Excellent.

If your goal is to adopt a complete and sustainable healthy lifestyle then there is no better trainer than Eric. I've had a few different ones and none have been this motivating and effective. Be prepared to work though!
